We have testimonies where people were paid up to $3,500 a month to drive brand new cars without car notes. There's a new wave of advertising that's sweeping the country - mobile advertising. This is advertising placed on moving vehicles such as cars, buses, or trucks. The advertising will be a very attractive, professionally designed, paint-safe vinyl film or decal and the ads will likely promote a product, new business, an upcoming sports event, or even a new movie. When selected as a driver, you’d either drive your own car, on which advertisement will be placed and earn money or drive a car that the sponsoring company selects. In rare cases, you may even be given the car that you are assigned to drive. If you are looking for some extra income, or perhaps need a new car but can't afford a car note, then, becoming a mobile advertising protégé may be the solution for you.

How large will the ads be and how will the ads look?

The advertising will be a very attractive, professionally designed, paint-safe vinyl film or decal and the ads will likely promote a product, new business, an upcoming sports event, or even a new movie. The ads come in the form of complete-car wraps, like the one above, partial wraps, or window decals and is typically easily removed or changed without harming your car's finish.

Why do companies pay people to drive?

Placing ads on cars is like having a moving billboard that everyone can see, even when the cars are parked.  Advertisers have realized that mobile advertising is a great way to promote their products or services at a substantially lower cost than billboard, television or radio advertising. Get-paid-to-drive assignments are administered by advertising companies who are paid by their clients to promote products and services. When you agree to place ads on your car or drive FREE  cars with ads on them, you receive part of that advertising fee. This method of advertising is viewed in assimilation to billboard ads but better!

Will the companies conduct a driving check?

Yes and No.  Some of the companies will but not all of them.  Companies don't scrutinize as much when you drive your own car.  However, if you are going to be driving one of theirs, you will likely have your driving record checked.

How long are the contracts?

The maximum term is 2 years at a time with each company.  However, every company will have its own criteria.  Just be sure to read the terms and conditions of each contract prior to accepting the assignment.

What is the most that I can be paid and when will I be paid?

Most companies pay up to $3,500.00 monthly and the date that you will be paid will usually be disclosed to you prior to you accepting the assignment. If it is not clear to you, simply ask. Companies want you to feel comfortable working with them.

Do I have to be a certain age?

Yes. You must be at least 21 years of age or older.

Will I be required to drive a certain distance each month?

Yes.  Companies want to make sure that the advertising is being seen.  The sponsoring company who selects you for the assignment will let you know how much driving is required on your part. If it is not clear to you, simply ask.

Does it matter where I live?

Most companies are seeking people who live in well-populated areas.

 Are there any other stipulations?

Yes. You must be a U.S. citizen, have a valid driver's license along with a pretty decent driving record. Other terms and conditions may apply so be sure to read the terms and conditions of each sponsoring company prior to accepting any assignment.

Will my driving record have to be perfect in order to be selected?

No. However, if you have been convicted of a felony or driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or have had more than two serious moving violations in the last two years, you probably won't be selected.

What if I already have a car, can I still get a FREE one?

Yes. However, if you receive a FREE car, it must be driven the distance as defined in your contract or you could be penalized.

Who takes care of maintenance and/or repairs?

If the company selects a FREE car for you to drive, they will usually take care of all the maintenance but it all depends on what's in the contract.  On the other hand, if you will be driving your own car, you are 100% responsible for all of your vehicle's maintenance.

 What about auto insurance?

All drivers are required to have auto insurance at their own expense.

What if I damage the vehicle that was selected for me to drive?

The responsibility for repairs due to collisions depends on the terms and conditions of the contract. However, Sponsors usually assist in getting damaged cars back on the road as soon as possible. Please be sure to read the terms and conditions carefully before accepting any assignment.

Will my car have to be in excellent condition in order to get advertising put on it?

No. Companies accept all types of vehicles in good average condition.

What is expected of me as a driver and how will the company know that I am actually driving the car?

Typically, your only job is to drive the car so it is frequently seen. This often does not require a change in your current driving habits and you usually don't have to make reports or keep a log of your driving or anything like that.  Nevertheless, most companies will install a GPS system in your car to monitor your driving habits.

If given a car to drive, what kind of car will the company give me to drive?

The kind of car that you will be given will depend on the company itself.  You will likely be given a car that the company wants to advertise as well as a car that can display advertising nicely.

How will I know if I am selected as a driver?

If you are selected as a driver, you will be notified by the Sponsoring Company by phone or email. You will receive a contract spelling out the terms and conditions of the agreement at that time. Just be sure to keep your address and contact numbers updated with all of the companies who you register with and if at all possible, set up a free email account for studies only. We recommend Yahoo.com, Gmail.com, Hotmail.com.

Do I have to accept every assignment?

No. You are not obligated to accept any assignment and we strongly recommend that you read all materials thoroughly before signing any contract and please note - You must have a valid driver's license present at the time of each contract signing.

I have a busy schedule. How long will companies wait for me to respond back to invitations and will I have enough time to complete all of the assignments that I agree to?

You would have to determine this one. You are responsible for managing your own hours and setting your own schedule. However, most opportunities are flexible. Most companies will give you a time frame to complete assignments while others may require your attention right away. Just keep in mind that opportunities do not lay dormant. So, be sure to quickly respond to opportunities that you are interested in.

How and when do I get paid for my assignment?

Most companies compensate drivers via check, but there are a few who use direct deposit. During screening and when selected for an assignment, the job scheduler will explain the payment procedure they use. They will also let you know when you can expect payment. If it is not clear to you, simply ask as these companies really want you to feel comfortable working with them.

Will I have to pay taxes on the money I earn?

Yes.
As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for paying your own taxes. In almost every case you'll receive a 1099 form from each mystery shopping company that paid you $600 or more. Some companies will send you a 1099 form regardless of the amount they paid you.
