Online surveys are online forms generated by Marketing Research Companies, aimed to get information on particular products or services.

 What are pre-qualifying surveys and how much do they pay?

Pre-qualifying surveys are very short non-paying surveys that companies use to determine your suitability for the actual paid survey. For instance, a company may be conducting a study about middle aged men with bright blue hair and green knuckles. Before you can participate, the company would have to ask you brief questions to see if you fit the profile.

  How will I be notified if I am selected for a paid survey?

If you are selected to participate in a survey, you will be alerted immediately while still on the company's site or the company conducting the survey will e-mail or call you.  Sometimes companies screen individuals over the phone.  In this case, the screener will let you know whether you are a fit for the study immediately after answering the briefing questions. Just remember to use precaution and do not give out your social security or driver's license number over the phone. Companies conducting surveys, usually don't ask or need social security or driver's license numbers. However, if you earn $600 or more with their company, then they are required to get your social security number for tax purposes.

Will I have to pay taxes on the money I earn?

Yes. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for paying your own taxes. In almost every case you'll receive a 1099 form from each mystery shopping company that paid you $600 or more but some companies will send you a 1099 form regardless of the amount they paid you.

 How long does it take to complete a survey?

Surveys can vary, but usually take between 5-20 minutes to complete.

 Why do I get compensated for sharing my opinion and filling out surveys?

Your opinion is worth more than you think. Each year companies spend Billions of dollars trying to understand how people like you think and what they want. Doing so allows them to quickly and successfully, develop, market, and sell products and services. Surveys also prevent companies from developing useless products. They save companies billions of dollars annually and give companies the ability to thoroughly communicate with consumers, thus, gaining valuable information that’s unobtainable with traditional advertising like radio, TV. and magazine ads. Surveys also give companies the power to “directly ask” consumers what they want and they give consumers the ability to “voice their opinion” on what they want.

 I have a busy schedule.  Will I have enough time to complete surveys?

You would have to determine this one. You are responsible for managing your own hours and setting your own schedule.  However, most opportunities are flexible. Most companies will give you a time frame to complete surveys while others may require your attention right away. We suggest quickly responding to any study that you are interested in. Please keep in mind that opportunities do not lay dormant. So, be sure to quickly respond to opportunities that you are interested in.

How and when do I get compensated for my assignment(s)?

Most companies compensate participants via check, but there are a few who use direct deposit. During screening and when selected for an assignment, the job scheduler will explain the payment procedure they use. They will also let you know when you can expect payment. If it is not clear to you, simply ask as these companies really want you to feel comfortable working with them.

Do I have to accept every Survey assignment?

No. You are not obligated to accept any assignment and we strongly recommend that you read all materials thoroughly before accepting any assignment.

I have a busy schedule. How long will companies wait for me to respond back to invitations and will I have enough time to complete all of the assignments that I agree to?

Will Divinely Successful, Inc. issue contracts, assignments and/or compensation?

No, Divinely Successful, Inc. will not issue contracts, assignments or compensation for any work, at any time. The sponsoring company who elects you for the assignment will be totally responsible for compensating you. Divinely Successful, Inc. is not a Survey Conducting Firm. Nor, do we hire Surveyors. We simply connect you to companies who hire Surveyors via our Survey Secrete Source Guide and once we connect you, it is your total responsibility to actually sign up with the companies and contact each of them for assignments. Most companies will post assignments on their website or email them to you while others will simply call you as assignments become available.

 How will I know if I am selected to participate?

If you are selected to participate, you will be notified by the Sponsoring Company via phone but usually via email. When contacted, you will receive the terms and conditions of the agreement. Just be sure to keep your address and contact numbers updated with all of the companies who you register with and if at all possible, set up a free email account for studies only. Will these companies charge me a fee to register with them?
